Intensive Case Management and Supportive Services

Lifebridge North Shore provides a bridge to a safe, healthy, and independent life for hundreds of our most vulnerable North Shore neighbors. Lifebridge’s wraparound services – shelter beds, meals, onsite health care, intensive case management, life skills training – fill the gap for people who suffer from poverty, mental and behavioral health, domestic violence, or health crises.

Lifebridge’s intensive case management helps individuals overcome challenges and achieve stability. Focused on healthcare, financial stability, addiction support, job readiness, and life skills, it provides ongoing guidance. At our Salem location, we also offer programs like AA, Art Therapy, Yoga, and support groups to foster self-sufficiency, personal growth, and education. These resources are designed to support our guests in overcoming barriers and reaching their potential.
