Lifebridge believes that providing permanent housing along with supportive services and case management is crucial to preventing the cycle of homelessness. Our Community Case Management team provides personalized support to individuals recently housed, addressing their unique needs to promote long-term stability and well-being.
Lifebridge North Shore provides case management and supportive services to residents of single-room occupancy housing in Salem (22 units) and Beverly (5 units), as well as 120 units of housing at the Beverly YMCA. These tenants benefit from ongoing case management and have full access to all the programmatic services provided at our locations. Additionally, we work with Harborlight Community Partners to offer the same services to individuals who have been recently housed on the North Shore.
